The water meters are read around the middle of the month (from the 15th to the 20th), and all accounts are radio read. The bills are mailed on the last day of the month and are due by the 15th of each month. Bills paid after the 15th are subject to a 10% penalty.

We also offer a bank draft plan if you are interested in having your bill deducted directly from your checking account. Fill out form at link below and contact the office for more information.

The last day to pay each month before your service is disconnected is the 25th.  At the start of business on the 26th, the disconnect/reconnect fee is added to your account automatically even if your service is not physically cut off.  If your account is disconnected for non payment, you must pay the current bill due in full and the reconnect fee to have service restored. Services may not be reconnected after 2:00 pm.
